  4. The operator is the Administrator of your personal data with regard to the data provided voluntarily on the website.
  5. The website uses personal data for the following purposes:
    • Running a classifieds system
    • Handling inquiries via the contact form
    • Presentation of an offer or information
  6. The website implements functions to obtain information about users and their behavior in the following ways:
    1. Through data voluntarily entered in forms, which are entered into the operator’s systems.
    2. By storing cookies on end devices (so-called “cookies”).
2. Selected Data Protection Methods Used by the Operator
  1. Login and personal data entry points are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This means that personal and login data entered on the site are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the target server.
  2. Personal data stored in the database are encrypted in such a way that only the operator holding the key can read them. This protects the data in the event of a database theft from the server.
  3. The operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
  4. To protect the data, the operator regularly creates backup copies.

    • diagnostic information related to the process of self-ordering services via the site,

4. Your Rights and Additional Information on Data Usage
  1. In certain situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if this is necessary to fulfill a contract concluded with you or to fulfill obligations imposed on the Administrator. This applies to the following groups of recipients:
    • the hosting company on a commission basis
    • authorized employees and collaborators who use the data to achieve the purpose of the website
  2. Your personal data is processed by the Administrator for no longer than necessary to perform related activities specified by separate regulations (e.g., accounting). Regarding marketing data, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data under point 3.2 concerning the processing of personal data to perform legally justified interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling, provided that the right to object cannot be exercised if there are valid, legally justified grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, in particular, establishing, pursuing, or defending claims.

  6. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to operate the website.
  7. Actions involving automated decision-making, including profiling, may be taken concerning you to provide services under a concluded contract and for direct marketing by the Administrator.
  8. Personal data is not transferred to third countries as defined in personal data protection regulations. This means that we do not send them outside the European Union.

  1. The website collects information provided voluntarily by the user, including personal data, if provided.

  3. The website, in some cases, may save information to facilitate linking the data in the form with the email address of the user filling out the form. In such a case, the user’s email address appears inside the URL of the page containing the form.

The operator does not transfer personal data to the operator of this service, only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies in the user’s end device.
